Making Wills Easy

Most people are aware that not to have a will is a very dangerous situation, especially if there are children or dependants involved. Yet shockingly there are still over 60% of people in this country who do not have an up to date will.

Your Will lets you decide what happens to your money, property and possessions after your death. If you make a will you can also make sure you don’t pay more Inheritance Tax than you need to. You can write your Will yourself, but you should get advice to make sure your will is interpreted in the way you wanted.

You need to get your will formally witnessed and signed to make it legally valid.

If you want to update your Will, you need to make an official alteration (called a ‘codicil’) or make a new Will. If you die without a will, the law says who gets what.

Although most people realise how important it is to arrange a Will many do not – Why? For some, perhaps it is because arranging a Will is considered to be too difficult, very expensive, or possibly because they simply never get round to arranging it.

We can take your instructions and produce good quality wills at very competitive prices. Our aim is to make this important document easy to understand and reliable when it is called upon. For the person who is extremely busy but still wants to arrange a will, their application can be done by post or telephone so it avoids the inconvenience of having to take valuable time out of work hours.

We have two standard fees for our Will Writing Service:

  • £119 for a Single Will
  • £149 for Mirror Wills
  • Each plan includes two copies of your Will.
  • Additional copies of your Will are available at £15 per copy.

The service includes transferring your instructions in to a legally-valid document that will outline your wishes in a plain, easy to understand, format. Having one fixed price agreed upfront ensures that there is no risk of the price escalating or spiralling out of control.

Please give us a call today and arrange an appointment to talk through all of the various aspects relevant to arranging your Will including Executors, Beneficiaries, Guardians and Legacies. We can then draft a legally binding document for you to review with all of the attestations, providing you peace of mind and the security of knowing that your wishes will be carried out in the event of the worst of circumstances.
